DurianBB is looking for a Customer Service rockstar who is passionate about delivering happiness! As we expand our businesses in major Asian cities, we are looking to work with an experienced personnel who is interested to learn about ecommerce and all the key elements that goes into the making of DurianBB brand.

  • Answers incoming customer enquiries regarding order, shipping & delivery, service questions and general customer concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working with Marketing & Operation teams to establish a positive rapport with customers
  • Update customer information in the mailing database
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers


  • Candidate with at least 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • 6-Day Week, Based in DurianBB Park, Kuala Lumpur.
