DurianBB International is in search of bright, aspiring dessert chefs who will create the next viral-worthy durian dessert. Based on genuine durian paste from DurianBB’s very own farm, participating chefs are to create unique cold desserts that are ready to stun Asia. The aim is to discover one winning dessert that can be prepared in a centralised kitchen, using modern and innovative dessert-making techniques.

In order to scour the best dessert chef across four major cities in Asia, participating chefs will have to go through two rounds of shortlisting. First up, the search for the best gourmet dessert chef starts from Kuala Lumpur. The chef will ultimately represent Malaysia in the Grand Finale, against winning chefs from three different cities – Hong Kong, Macao & Singapore. Based on the DurianBB Musang King Paste, participating chefs are to create unique cold desserts that are ready to stun Asia.
