Are the durian pulps fresh or frozen?
The durian pulps are freshly unhusked and repacked into boxes on the delivery day itself.
Do you deliver the durians?
Yes, we deliver within Klang Valley within 24 hours, and we depend on our delivery partners (such as Lalamove and Grab) to assist us with the final mile deliveries. However, if you would like to be specific and certain with your delivery address, you can contact us via Whatsapp at 012-313 8699.
Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes, you can place your order online and choose Self Pick-Up as your delivery method. Our flagship store DurianBB Park is located in Kuala Lumpur.

What are your operation hours?
We are open from 12pm to 9pm daily.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on durian availability, we will deliver within 1-2 days unless specified otherwise. If you have a preferred delivery time and day, please leave an Order Note upon Checkout.
How long will the durians last?
If you are unable to finish the durian on the day of delivery, we encourage you in keep the durian pulps in the fridge for a maximum of five (5) days. If you choose to store in the freezer, the pulps can last for two (2) months.

What are the signs of a good quality durian Musang King?
If you are on the hunt for a good quality Musang King durian during the durian season in Malaysia, here are some of the signs to keep an eye out for:
- A strong and distinctive aroma. The stronger the aroma, the more likely it is to be a ripe and flavourful fruit.
- Rich golden-yellow flesh. Avoid those with pale or overly dark flesh, they may not be as ripe or flavourful.
- Firm, creamy texture. The flesh should not be too dry or too wet.
- Small seeds: The Musang King durian is known to have small seeds compared to other durian varieties.
- No off-putting odours and signs of spoilage: Avoid durians with mouldy or rotten spots on the skin as well as those with off-putting odours; they might be overripe or spoiled!
How do I store the Musang King durians properly upon delivery if I'm unable to consume them immediately?
Though durians are best consumed when it is at the peak of their readiness, here are some steps you can follow to store the fruit properly:
- Keep them at room temperature. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or heat.
- If you need to store them for a longer period of time, refrigerate them. Wrap the durians in an airtight container to minimise the odour transfer. They can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 – 5 days.
- Before eating, take them out and leave them at room temperature. Durians are best eaten when they are not too cold.
